It is actually easy as there is a handy self service option.
When you visit the login page here:
https://global.mypcorp.com/login
Select the option FORGOT PASSWORD, then use your public email address (initial.lastname@itechealth.com.au) to have password recovery instructions sent to your email.
From there you just need to check your email and follow the steps in the emails sent from MYP.
