If you're at the windows logon screen and you cannot remember your password. From another device such as your mobile phone, or another staff members login simply open a browser window and visit: myaccount.microsoft.com
Important Note: If using another staff member's login only do this in a private window (as shown in this video).
At the end of this procedure, you'll receive an email from Microsoft confirming you've successfully changed your password.
